Electrical Services

Our electrical work ranges from everyday installations and upgrades through to complete projects, including:

• Main & sub-main distribution
• Distribution boards
• Power installations
• Internal & external lighting
• Emergency lighting
• Containment systems
• Additional circuits & alterations
• Plant & equipment supplies
• Refurbishments
• Inspection, testing & certification
• Fault finding & remedial works

For larger projects, we can take responsibility for the complete electrical installation — bringing together distribution, containment, power, lighting and final circuits, through to testing, certification and handover.

Some projects need more than standard lighting.

We design and install concealed LED, linear and architectural lighting, colour-changing systems, external feature lighting and intelligent controls, with the electrical installation and finished lighting scheme considered together.

This could be a subtle feature within a property or a complete bespoke lighting scheme designed around the space.

When something isn't right, we'll work out why.

We carry out inspection and testing, fault finding, remedial works and certification, identifying the cause of an issue and providing a practical route to putting it right.

Where remedial work is required, it can be completed by the same team.

Electrical often forms just one part of a wider project.

With electrical, fire, security, access control and data infrastructure all available through NWSS, we can take responsibility for a much larger part of the works.

For refurbishments, developments and larger projects, that means fewer contractors to coordinate, clearer communication and one team working across the different systems.
