24/7 Monitoring. The Right Response.

Alarm Monitoring

An alarm is only as effective as the response that follows.

We provide 24/7 monitoring for intruder alarms, CCTV, perimeter detection and fire alarm systems, connecting them to a professional Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) where activations are received and acted upon around the clock.

The response is agreed around the customer, property and level of risk — from keyholder notification through to security, police or Fire & Rescue Service response where applicable.

What Can Be Monitored?

Intruder Alarms
Alarm activations, panic alarms and confirmed alarms, including police response where applicable.

CCTV
Detection events presented to an operator for live visual verification, with audio challenge and further response where required.

Perimeter Detection
External detectors, beams, fence detection and other perimeter systems can provide early warning of activity around the site, allowing events to be verified and acted upon before an intruder reaches the building.

Fire Alarms
Fire and fault signals monitored around the clock, including Fire & Rescue Service notification where applicable.

From Activation to Response

Every system has an agreed response plan, so when an activation reaches the monitoring centre, operators know what action to take.

Depending on the site, this can include:

  • Homeowner, site manager or keyholder notification
  • Live CCTV verification and audio challenge
  • Rapid security response or dog handlers
  • Police response where applicable
  • Fire & Rescue Service notification where applicable

The important part is that an activation doesn't simply generate an alert — there's a response behind it.

Reliable Signalling

We provide the signalling and connection needed to link systems with the ARC.

Depending on the level of protection required, this can include dual communication paths and battery-backed equipment, helping maintain the connection if a communication path or mains power becomes unavailable.

Existing compatible systems can also often be connected to professional monitoring without replacing the complete installation.
